Direct, Long-term Relationships with Overseas Factories -- Jackson Lee, one of the owners of The Level Best, has been involved in the billiards industry since the mid-1970's. Jackson was born in mainland China, and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan, where he was classmates with several of the factory owners. Jackson spends nearly 50% of his time overseas, working directly with the factories to insure we receive only top-quality products at the most competitive prices.

In-house, Bi-lingual Language Capabilities - Shine Lee (son of Jackson Lee), is our Operations Manager. Shine received his bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Missouri and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
